Making The Most of a Limited Space
Our clients worked with Light And Dwell to realize their vision to update their 90's home. The moulding, cabinets and living space were very dark and made the space feel small. We worked with Molly and Amy at L&D to renovate the kitchen, replace the flooring, and re-finish the handrail. New linen and laundry room cabinets, new disc lights in the living room, and new painted moulding make this house feel fresh and beautiful. Rustic Tile On Quartz Countertop
Weathered white Zellige tile by Cle spans from the countertop to the ceiling for a lovely, old-world feel. The countertop extends to the window for easy cleaning and a nice, waterproof place to put your plants.
Upper Pantry
In a kitchen with size limitations, every square inch counts. The doors on this upper pantry open and tuck back into the cabinet for easy access to pantry items. There is an outlet in the back with slide out shelf for a rice cooker or other appliance.
What our Clients are Saying
“My experience with them was top notch. They're conscientious. Christianson himself, who runs the show, doesn't just turn his workers loose and then pick the check up at the end of the month. He is involved in the process. He's also very personable.”
Niels Nielsen, Peoria Road
“G. Christianson Construction did a wonderful job of remodeling our kitchen and family room in 2011. The Christianson workers and all of the subcontractors did excellent work and were a pleasure to work with. This summer they are adding a new ground floor bedroom suite...”
Paul and Doris deLespinasse, Corvallis
