Since 2015, Carl has led our company. As a Certified Passive House Builder with a degree in Construction Engineering Management, he is committed to sustainability and service.

With decades of experience, Tanner keeps projects on track and prioritizes customer satisfaction. He is a Certified Passive House Builder.

PRODUCTION MANAGER
Ben enjoys creative carpentry challenges and believes in high-performance, earth-conscious building methods and systems, having owned his own sustainable building company previously.
Anna
DESIGN MANAGER/SENIOR INTERIOR DESIGNER
Anna blends technical expertise and artistry to create beautiful designs. She has more than 15 years of experience designing custom remodels and earned her B.S. in Interior Design from Oregon State University. She is a Certified Aging-in-Place Specialist.
Raegan
ASSOCIATE INTERIOR DESIGNER/CREATIVE DIRECTOR
Raegan loves bringing designs to life and takes pride in creating spaces that bring joy to our clients. Her specialties are interior design and marketing. She is a Certified Aging-in-Place Specialist. Raised overseas, she brings an international flair to her work.

Kayleanna studied Design and Innovation Management at Oregon State University and is completing her professional certification at the Heritage School of Interior Design. She specializes in helping clients navigate interior selections for custom homes and remodels.
