We’ll create a detailed set of plans to coordinate subcontractors and vendors, along with a comprehensive construction contract.Preliminary Estimate
We’ll then create a preliminary cost estimate and timeline, providing a solid foundation for moving forward.Construction
Once the contract is drafted, reviewed and finalized, your designer will prepare permit-ready plans, we’ll have an on-site meeting and then construction begins.Drafting & Design
