Our own Steve Schoonover helped move this nearly 100 year old train station to its current location in the 1980s. With his previous knowledge of this building, we were able to complete the project within a tight timeline.

Bringing Custom Quality to Commercial projects
When the Old Spaghetti Factory told us their schedule, we knew that a team of Trim Carpenters would be necessary. We used our outstanding 30 years of building relationships with local subcontractors to bring in four Trim Carpenters to finish on time.
Extensive Experience in Commercial Construction
We understand the specialized design and construction needs of businesses and high-traffic spaces, such as ADA and fire code compliance. One of our specialties is the conversion of residential structures to commercial office space.
