A deck in the tree canopy
Larry hired us to replace the railing and deck surface at his northwest Corvallis home. We worked with him to reuse the existing framing (with some upgrades) and install Trex Transcends Havana Gold decking. This project used concealed fasteners and a stainless steel cable rail system. Larry loves our workmanship and how the cable railings "disappear" into the forest background. Photography credit: HD Open House
“Larry's cedar deck had reached the end of it's life, the handrails were literally falling off. We rejuvenated it with new Trex and were able to reuse the tall telephone poles that support it. ”
Carl Christianson, Superintendent and Owner

Cable Railings
We installed a Hansen stainless steel cable rail system. Our cable railing systems utilize 1/8” diameter, stainless steel cables and fittings, which almost vanish from sight. Larry loves living amongst the trees.

What our Clients are Saying
“Professional, friendly, expert, prompt and on time. We'll be working with them again!”
Chris Anderson, Corvallis
“This was our second time working with G. Christianson. A couple of years ago, they transformed our kitchen, and that positive experience brought us back when we decided to remodel our primary bathroom. Throughout the project, both the G. Christianson team and all subcontractors were highly professional and made sure our home remained livable. Despite some delays that extended the project timeline, they kept us informed and managed the progress effectively. We are very happy with the final result, and the quality of workmanship is top notch.”
Eric Enghauser, Philomath
See the Neabeack Hill Transitional Kitchen project“My experience with them was top notch. They're conscientious. Christianson himself, who runs the show, doesn't just turn his workers loose and then pick the check up at the end of the month. He is involved in the process. He's also very personable.”
