What our Clients are Saying
“We decided that we wanted to update several features in order to gain an energy efficient house that would be appealing in appearance. We couldn't be happier with the design, planning and construction process. While not everything goes perfectly, any problems were handled promptly. We worked closely with a designer and had regular progress meetings with the VP/project manager. Even the owner of the company, Carl was closely involved with the project. If you want an energy efficient, well designed and well executed remodel or new construction, I would highly recommend G. Christianson Construction.”

See the Stone Fireplace & Golden Oak Bookcases project“We live in an historic district and Elizabeth did a great job preparing a design which complements our house. She facilitated a smooth historic preservation permit approval. Building a carpentry shop raises a number of non-standard construction issues. Carl patiently answered our many questions. His knowledge of energy efficiency practices was very helpful. Ron, who runs the cabinet shop, provided invaluable insights regarding layout, power needs, etc. Ben and the entire G. Christianson Construction crew were reliable, on time, and hardworking. It was a pleasure to work with Carl, Elizabeth, Ben and the rest of the team. The end result is a beautiful and functional shop – a dream come true. ”

See the Historic-Inspired Outbuilding project“The family of five having traveled all over the globe and resided in over a half-dozen different countries, wanted their new home to have a clean, modern aesthetic for a perfect complement to their eclectic collection of world art. The L-shaped house wraps embraces a large garden terrace. Expansive windows and doors flood every room with generous daylight and views of the garden. This is especially evident in the open plan great room, where tall ceilings, a restrained material palette of luscious wood floors, quartz countertops and windowsills, and bright blue-painted kitchen cabinetry are highlighted by instances of rusted steel wall panels and art niches custom-painted by one of their daughters. ”
