Why we believe in Passive House Construction
Our founder Greg, built energy efficient homes starting in the 1970's. Greg's son Carl, decided to build the most sustainable "Forever" home he could. This home showcases our work to potential clients, as well as encourages other builders in the Corvallis area to aim for a higher level of sustainability. A lot of thought went into the design to maximize the use of the space, by incorporating architect/author Sarah Susanka’s design principles. The Net-Zero home is constructed to last well beyond the owners’ lifetimes, with extremely durable finishes. Please give us a call for a Tour.
What our Clients are Saying
“..It's apparent when you work with them that they are interested in building long term relationships, not just making money on one particular job...”
Kate & Kevin Day, Corvallis
“Excellent attention to detail, aesthetics, and quality before, during, and after the (bathroom remodeling) process.”
Liz Pearce, Corvallis
“The client greatly appreciated the clear and detailed estimate and the professionalism shown in it. In addition, the inclusion of a project completion timeline, and one that seems reasonably rapid, was well received by the client. While your proposal was higher than the other bid received, the thoroughness and items mentioned above, provided the client with confidence that there is a reasonable reason for the higher price. The clients are seriously considering your bid as they see a lot of benefits to working with a company of your size, experience, and thoroughness.”
