Natural Light and Open Feel
To eliminate the enclosed feeling of a traditional basement, we designed the layout to maximize sightlines and installed oversized windows that bring in ample daylight. By pairing this natural light with bright finishes and reflective surfaces, the entire lower level feels open, airy and connected to the outdoors.
Modern Comfort and Durability
Because lower-level spaces require careful humidity control, we selected Luxury Vinyl Tile (LVT) for the flooring. It provides the high-end look of natural materials while offering superior moisture resistance and durability. These low-maintenance finishes easily withstand the daily demands of multi-generational living, creating a comfortable, private and practical space for years to come.
